Niamh Fitzgerald
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇪 Cork, Munster, Ireland
- Ashford Works
- 2009 to 2018
- English
I've worked in baking from 2009 to 2018. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 480 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Niamh
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Niamh: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
