Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I've mentored people in nursing and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Như
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Như: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
