For 43 years I've run the netball program at Hanoi Boxing Gym in Hanoi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
