Ngozi Okonkwo
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Wudil, Kano, Nigeria
- Little Gateway Works
- 2010 to 2022
- English
I'm a upholstery specialist. If you live around Wudil, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Ngozi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
