Ngozi Lola Musa
Volunteer mentor with Ikeja Foundation
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- 2016 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 180 people through Ikeja Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Ngozi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ngozi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
