I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1997 at Abuja Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ngozi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
