Ngozi Damilola Yakubu
Self-taught glass art artist
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- 2011 to 2021
- English
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 2011 at Riverside Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I watch every football match going.
More about Ngozi
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Ngozi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
