For 28 years I've run the athletics program at Ashford Sports Club in Hanoi. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.

If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

You coached me in 2015. I still hear your voice on the sideline! Greetings from Manila.
