Nghĩa Lam

Public speaking mentor, Augusta

  • 🇺🇸 Augusta, Georgia, United States
  • Augusta Community Trust
  • Since 1987
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,340 people through Augusta Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Nghĩa

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
