I'm a mentor in teaching. I spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ngân
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ngân: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2010. I still have your notes. Greetings from Thane.
