For twelve years I've run the rowing program at Central Youth Club in Hải Phòng. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Ngân: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
