I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Cedar Grove Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
