Mentor in finance and engineering

- Harmony Mentoring Circle
- 1999 to 2015

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Harmony Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Neslihan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Neslihan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
