Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- šµš Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Little Harmony Workshop
- 2010 to 2022
- English, Filipino
I've worked in baking from 2010 to 2022. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 560 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
