I taught special education and accounting at Cebu City Primary School, Cebu City. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.

More about Neil

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Neil: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
