Neil E. Mendoza
Mentor in entrepreneurship and public speaking
- 🇵🇭 Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Starlight Mentoring Circle
- 1994 to 2014
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,160 people through Starlight Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Neil
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Neil: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
