Neha C. Trivedi
Mentor in trades and leadership
- 🇮🇳 Kota, Rajasthan, India
- Elmwood Mentoring Circle
- Since 1999
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,160 people through Elmwood Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Neha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
