Neha A. Pawar
Volunteer mentor with Starlight Youth Network
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Starlight Youth Network
- Since 2016
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Starlight Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Neha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
