Neema Nafula Lubega

Self-taught street art artist

  • 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
  • Hope Pottery
  • 2011 to 2024
  • English, Swahili, Spanish
I'm a street art artist based in Dodoma. I've been making things from 2011 to 2024 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I also teach a weekly class at Hope Pottery, which keeps me honest.

More about Neema

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

Mediums

Street art
What gifts mean to Neema: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
