For 25 years I ran the athletics program at Machakos Frangipani Sports Club in Machakos. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Neema
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Neema: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
