Neelam M. Verma
Coached cross country for nine years in Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Community Club
- 2000 to 2009
- English
For nine years I ran the cross country program at Mumbai Community Club in Mumbai. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Neelam
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Neelam: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
