Neelam M. Rajput
Entrepreneurship mentor, Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Trinity Community Trust
- 1981 to 1998
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Trinity Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Neelam: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
