Neelam L. Mittal
Mentor in teaching and law school
- 🇺🇸 Birmingham, Alabama, United States
- Since 1986
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,320 people through Birmingham Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Neelam
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
