I've coached volleyball at Comilla Youth Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Nazrul
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Nazrul: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
