Nazrul Omar Kabir
Leadership mentor, Kolkata
- 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Kolkata Learning Hub
- 2000 to 2008
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Kolkata Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Nazrul
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Nazrul: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
