I've coached table tennis at Willow Creek Athletic Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Nazia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
