I've coached cross country at Madurai Sports Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Naveen
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
