Naveen E. Subramanian
Volunteer mentor with Orchid Association
- 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
- Orchid Association
- Since 1982
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,630 people through Orchid Association.
I play music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Naveen
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Naveen: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
