Naveed Tariq Ismail
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
- Elmwood Repairs
- 2005 to 2025
- English, Punjabi
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 2005 in Mardan and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm still learning every day.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Naveed: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
