I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,380 people through Rawalpindi Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Naveed: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
