For 33 years I've run the rugby program at Mardan Athletic Club in Mardan. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Naveed
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Naveed: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
