For 30 years I ran the netball program at Chiang Mai Rosewood Athletic Club in Chiang Mai. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
