Helping people break into engineering

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Hillcrest Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
