I've worked in tiling from 1979 to 2017. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 2,050 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Natalia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Natalia: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
