Natalia P. Chávez
Mentor in leadership and design
- 🇪🇸 Valencia, Valencian Community, Spain
- 1988 to 2006
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Valencia Foundation.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Natalia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Natalia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
