I've coached rugby at Ann Arbor Football Club since 2011. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
What gifts mean to Natalia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
