For 14 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Natália
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Natália: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
