I've worked in painting and decorating since 1990. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,480 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Natalia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Natalia: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
