I've worked in welding since 1994. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,500 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Natalia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Natalia: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
