Natalia D. Serrano

Mentor in trades and first-generation students

  • 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
  • Fort Worth Association
  • 1981 to 1994
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Fort Worth Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Natalia

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
