Helping people break into trades
- 🇺🇸 St. Petersburg, Florida, United States

- 2003 to 2022
- English
For 19 years I've mentored people in trades and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Natalia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Natalia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
