Helping people break into engineering
- 🇷🇺 Moscow, Moscow, Russia
- Cedar Grove Association
- Since 1981
- English, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,250 people through Cedar Grove Association.
I learn every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Natalia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
