I'm a rugby coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 2,080 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Natália: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
