Nargis Mim Mia
Taught Spanish at Surat High School
- 🇮🇳 Surat, Gujarat, India
- Surat High School
- 1988 to 2019
- English, Bengali
For 31 years I was the Spanish teacher at Surat High School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Nargis
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Nargis: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
