Naresh F. Yadav

Farming mentor, Howrah

🇮🇳 Howrah, West Bengal, India
Howrah Association
1986 to 2008
English, Hindi, Spanish

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 570 people through Howrah Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Naresh

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
