Mentor in software and finance

For twelve years I've mentored people in software and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Naresh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Naresh: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
