Narayan Koirala
28 years teaching English literature in Biratnagar
- 🇳🇵 Biratnagar, Koshi, Nepal
- Biratnagar Public School
- 1986 to 2020
- English
For 34 years I was the English literature teacher at Biratnagar Public School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,190 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Narayan
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
