Naomi E. Ortega
Leadership mentor, Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Gateway Youth Network
- Since 1984
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Gateway Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Naomi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
