Teaching mentor, Laredo
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- St. Mary's Association
- 1996 to 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through St. Mary's Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Naomi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Naomi: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
