For 18 years I've run the cross country program at Setagaya Northside Youth Club in Setagaya. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
